Licence		Termination
Subject to these terms the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use	exPressit. You do not acquire any right or interest in exPressit save as expressly stated in these terms.	The Licensor may terminate your licence to use exPressit at any time on notice.	You shall then immediately cease to use exPressit.
Ownership		Exclusion of Liability
exPressit, including all updates, enhancements and modifications to it, and any accompanying printed materials and any copies of exPressit or the printed materials, is wholly owned by the Licensor. You acknowledge that the Licensor owns and retains all copyright and other proprietary rights in exPressit. You will not at any time assert or claim	any interest in or do anything that may adversely affect the validity or enforceability of any trade mark, trade name, copyright or logo belonging to or licensed to the Licensor (including, without limitation, any act, or assistance to any act, which may infringe or lead to the infringement of any copyright in exPressit).	You acknowledge that your use of exPressit is free of charge; accordingly, save in regard to liability for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Licensor or its employees (for which the Licensor’s liability will not be limited), in no event shall the Licensor be liable under any contract, in negligence, or for strict liability for any losses, including indirect interruption, loss or inaccuracy of information), that may arise out of your	or consequential damages (for, without limitation, loss of profit, business use of exPressit or your inability to use it. Without prejudice to the preceding paragraph, the Licensor shall not be liable to you for any claim that arises from or is based on the combination, operation or use of exPressit with software, equipment, data or programming that is not supplied by the Licensor, or any claim that arises from any alteration or modification of exPressit.
Your responsibilities		Governing Law
You undertake not to: a) make any copies of exPressit; b) modify, rent, lease or sub-license; c) reverse-engineer, decompile or	disassemble exPressit. Any reproduction or redistribution of exPressit not in accordance with these terms is expressly prohibited.	These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish law and any dispute	arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
No warranties
The Licensor warrants that it is entitled to grant this licence to you. The Licensor disclaims all warranties and conditions that might be implied by law or practice, including but not limited to implied warranties of quality and fitness for a particular purpose	with respect to exPressit and accompanying materials, except in each case to the extent that the warranties are expressly given in this licence. The Licensor does not warrant that exPressit will meet your requirements, operate without interruption or be error-free.
